What data we process and why

If you contact us through the form, we process your name, email, company and type of event (if you provide them) and the content of your message, solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is used temporarily (for up to one hour) to limit the number of messages; it is not stored.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, after that, for the periods required by law.

Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. To run this service we use the following providers, which act as data processors: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), to send the form emails, and Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA), to host the website. International transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@vanilaevents.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for one year; it is strictly necessary and does not require consent. To measure visits and performance we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies or identify individuals.
